Returns & Refunds

We operate a clear and transparent returns policy in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, customers must contact us within this period to request a return authorisation.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and must remain in a resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Once a return request has been approved, customers will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the item. All returns must be sent to the designated return address provided at the time of approval.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
