Shipping & Delivery
We partner with a professional third-party fulfilment provider to manage the storage, packing, and dispatch of all orders. This ensures that every order is handled efficiently and in accordance with high operational standards.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once an order has been processed, it is prepared and dispatched from the fulfilment centre.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are handled by established courier services and typically arrive within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location and external factors related to courier operations.
Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer including tracking information, allowing the shipment to be monitored throughout the delivery process.
All products are securely packed and handled to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
While every effort is made to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier service disruptions, high demand periods, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we remain available to assist customers and provide support in resolving any delivery-related issues.
